We currently ship orders from Sabah, Malaysia.

Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within the stated handling time. Once shipped, delivery may take 3–14 working days, depending on courier service and destination.

Courier Responsibility
After your parcel has been handed to the courier, it is under their responsibility. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service.

Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
